This smoothie tastes just like desert, but it's actually loaded with calcium, protein, iron, potassium and a bunch of other vitamins and minerals.
* 1 cup plain rice milk (or any milk alternative)
* 1 banana
* 1 heaping spoonful of creamy natural peanut butter
* 1 Tbs black strap molasses
* 2 Tbs all natural cocoa powder
* 1 or 2 handfuls of ice cubes
Blend on high until you get a smooth consistency and enjoy.
